What is NatMobile?

NatMobile is National Bank’s Mobile Banking platform.  Using NatMobile you can access various banking services such as checking your account balance, transferring money, making payments, requesting for statements, etc.

How do I get access to NatMobile?

If you already have an account at National Bank but are not registered to use NatMobile, visit the branch nearest you to register.  You will be asked to fill in a short form and provide your Identification document.

How do I know if I am already registered on NatMobile?

To check if you are already registered on NatMobile, dial *625#.  If you are presented with an option to log in, then you are already registered to use NatMobile.  If you are presented to open an account or register, then you are not registered on NatMobile.  

What do I do if I cannot remember my password?

To have you password reset, call our contact center at 020 282 8900, 0703 088 900, 0732 118 900. 

What type of phone or device should I have to access NatMobile?

You can access NatMobile via USSD using any mobile device that has a SIM card registered to a mobile network operator such as Safaricom or Airtel.  To access NatMobile via USSD, dial *625#.  You will need at least Ksh. 2 of airtime.

To access NatMobile using the NatMobile app, you would need a smart phone with and Android OS.

How do I de-register for NatMobile?

NatMobile offers you a lot of convenience so we would love to have you stay.  If you are experiencing problems with NatMobile, give us an opportunity to resolve it by getting in touch with our contact center staff at 020 282 8900, 0703 088 900, 0732 118 900. 

To de-register, go to the branch nearest you to complete a termination form.

What do I do if I have lost my device or my device has been stolen?

Call our contact center at 020 282 8900, 0703 088 900, 0732 118 900 and ask them to deactivate the service.  You should also call the Mobile Network Operator (Safaricom, Airtel, Orange to ask them to deactivate your SIM card.
