    1. For sole proprietors/individuals

    • Duly filled and signed application form &Terms and conditions
    • Copy of Business Registration Individual and company KRA Pin and relevant licenses

    2. For limited liability companies

    • Duly filled and signed application form &Terms and conditions
    • A stamped copy of the certificate of incorporation
    • A board resolution letter seeking the required facilities from National bank of Kenya
    • Copy of latest CR12
    • Copy of Utility Bill or Business Photo to confirm existence of the Business
    • Copy of Identification Documents of all directors and persons opening the account
    • Identification documents as per the bank policy

    3. MSMEs

    • Borrower’s profile
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Executed contracts with clients
    • Profiles of customer management and other personnel
    • Listing of projects already executed
    • KYC documents for the borrower
    • Collaterals as per the bank’s credit policy
